I began my career in the banking sector, spending 12 years in roles ranging from teller and sales to Private Client services, where I had the privilege of working with South Africa's wealthiest individuals, CEOs, including clients from companies valued at over $6 billion. My journey through various banking and business units equipped me with a diverse set of people and business skills that paved the way for my transition into the insurance sector as a claims specialist.

Recognizing my ability to lead and drive results, I was approached for a new opportunity that launched my career in project and product management.
