What I did

  • Ran discovery workshops and current-state assessments, then designed future-state workflows from intake to closure.
  • Authored the operating model documentation: SOPs, roles, RACI frameworks, and business rules.
  • Designed governance covering escalation tiers, SLA governance, shared-mailbox ownership, and quality controls.
